ABOUT FINLAND PATHWAY
The FINLAND PATHWAY PROGRAM is a joint program organized by two universities in Finland, Haaga-Helia (Helsinki) and JAMK (Jyvaskyla).
Pathway students can choose from one of 10 different majors. Students complete the first 60 credits 100% online (1 year). Afterwards, students go to Finland to complete the remaining coursework (2.5-3 years).
The PATHWAY PROGRAM is a full part of the major and is not a preparatory program. Students do not have to reapply to go to Finland after completing their online studies.
100% ENGLISH LEARNING PROGRAM
The Pathway program is taught in English by professors from Haaga-Helia, JAMK, and Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Each course will be taught by a single professor. The program starts with English communication and soft skills courses before moving on to major-specific coursework, helping students gradually improve their English and get used to the way universities in Finland operate, which is very different from what we have in Indonesia.
OPPORTUNITY TO STUDY AT TOP-RANKING UNIVERSITIES
Haaga-Helia and JAMK are top-notch universities of applied sciences in Finland with different strengths.
Haaga-Helia specializes in business/tourism-restaurant-hotel fields. JAMK is best in training engineers/information technology.
Pathway students can choose between 10 different majors at either of the two universities, depending on their strengths. Both universities are located in a major city, providing study and job opportunities for international students
